ok sumtimes i have cravings for food, and all i need is a little bit and then i'll be fine. But usually i like to have something sweet or w/ a lot of flavor. Most things i like have a lot of calories. i guess what i'm asking is are there any good foods that i can eat just enough of so i dont pass out but that will keep me from gaining any weight? oh and also: my friend tells me that if you drink like 6 bottles of water a day, it helps you become skinnier quicker. i don't usually drink a lot of water, and so i'm not sure if this is true. If anyone knows the facts/truth behind this, your input would be appreciated. thanks.
